PSD® Technology
The core of SmartXide Touch by DEKA Laser is an RF CO₂ source empowered by PSD® technology that can produce fractional laser pulses with variable pulse shapes, duration, energy, and peak powers.
With PSD® Technology, these pulses can either modulate the ablation and the coagulation (thermal effect) in order to adapt any emission to a specific treatment in both different fields (dermatology, gynecology, and surgery) and skin type.

Thermal Effect: following the ablation, the CO₂ laser energy is transformed in heat propagating deep down in the derma and producing an immediate “shrinkage” of the tissues with stimulation of the production of new collagen.
