About MICA
MICA is Master Class in Contouring Aesthetics
This programme is designed for training young & enthusiastic Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeon’s on theory and practical knowledge of Dermal Fillers, threads and Toxins.
We have inhouse trainers and tie up with Some Leading Derma across the country who work as a trainer for us.eg. Dr.Ismail Shaikh from Mumbai.
Dermatologist do not have prior knowledge of above products because it is not a part of standard syllabus in MD/ DVD course therefore they have to learn from companies like Aakaar and Allergan.
Normally we train around 10 to 15 Drs in every course.The course is conducted in some of the leading Drs Clinic or Derma OPD in Hospitals.
During the course our trainer gives theory knowledge to the learners.After that we give handson experience to all learners on volunteers who are arranged by the Drs itself. Volunteers have to sign the consent form before undergoing any procedure.
Samples are provided by Aakaar for MICA and after training the learning Drs use our brand for there pvt practice in future.
In this way we do the training and increase our customer base.Continous follow up for business is done by our sales team to Drs which have learned in our Mica programmes
We distribute Mica note pads, Product patient education leaflets and our product standy for advertising during mica session
